This one is for a friend. What incline and speed do you suggest? Thanks!

Goals:
Finish C25K

Start back up after the bean is born!
My slo-o-o-o-w running is still faster than sitting on the couch! Because I may not go far. I may not go fast. But I go.

A good running incline is about a half to one and a half percent. A good running speed is the speed at which s/he can maintain a conversation with someone but have a little bit of difficulty in singing along with the radio. That'll change over time and is very individual... just like running off the treadmill! Wink

You're welcome. BTW, if you ask on the main boards, you'll find some people who say they only run at about 10 - 15% incline. I think that's absurd. Wink

I personally run flat, but I like to pretend I'm faster than I really am. Wink
