      Thank ya for the blue ribbon Paul, although I feel a little guilty that it was mostly downhill!

      On the road again...

        13.1 miles is the same distance downhill, uphill, or flat.

         

        Woke up this morning and went out for an easy 3 miles.  Wasn't as easy as I'd hoped, what with it being 77° and humid at 6:15ish. Roll eyes

         

        Fall, come quickly.

          Paul... Have you ever run any of the "Run the Valley" races over in Badin? That's pretty close to you (right?) so I thought you might have. I'm probably going to run the half marathon this year.
