Thanks, Bugs. I've been following that thread but hadn't seen Nobby's post yet. It really confirms what I've been thinking as far as how to proceed. Here are my next steps: 1. Stretch twice daily 2. Continue weight training 3. Continue running but slow down and go until I feel pain. Thoughts?
