    38. And I paid for my beer Smile I toyed with the idea of running 38 miles today. But I got a bit of a bug and some conflicts. Oh well.

      I ran 7 on my birthday...1 for every 5 I've been alive. Someday it would be fun to HTFU and run my age...that would assume that we live somewhere with somewhat better terrain and temps. 35 on snow/ice and windy crap doesn't sound much fun. But give me 45-55ยบ and I'd definitely see it as a fun goal.

      Getting the wind knocked out of you is the only way to

      remind your lungs how much they like the taste of air.
