Actually not too bad. I'm sore, not as sore as I thought I would be?? I guess ice bath helped. I know I will run a marathon again for sure in 2010 (plans with a friend and it'll be SIL's first). Other than that??? Not sure...but I have thought and thought over it, still no regrets about race day. That is good!
