Thanks for the Free Pass. I'm coming up on 2 weeks post race and yesterday was the best 3.5 miles yet! My right IT band tightened up on me during the race and it's still bothering me. I'll let you know my week's total-it'll be no where near 40! A whopping 22 miles this week!

Holly, Looks like I'll need another pass this week. Mon - rest day done Tue - 9.4 miles running - done Wed - 6.4 miles running - done Thu - rest day - done Fri - 7.0 miles running - done Sat - rest day - done Sun - Half marathon - done _______________________________________________
Total - 35.9 miles running - Done

Much better week..... PF is still there but managed a 54 mile week... Sun. 9 easy Mon. rest Tues. 8 easy Wed. 9 easy Thur 8 easy Fri. rest Sat. 20 long and easy Total 54 miles

HI all -- Holly thanks for keeping this together. Life has been totally crazy for me lately. Hard to find the time to run, but I am doing what I can. 61.8 miles for me -- shooting for 70 this coming week.

Mon1 – 7 at 8:16 pace Mon2 – 7 more at 8:10; both runs on grass loop Tue – 4 at 8:34 on the grass Wed1 – 7 on the track including 4 x 800 (3:06, 3:02, 3:00, 2:58); then a mile in 7:30 striding the straights and jogging curves We2 – 7 at 8:24 on the grass Thu – 6 at 8:31 on grass Fri – 6 at 8:31 on grass Sat – 4 at 8:10 on track with 3 laps of striding the straights, jogging curves Sun – 16 miles, including Rock ‘n Roll Half Marathon in 1:24:09. Key splits were 5k-19:54, 10k-39:42, 10 miles in 1:04:10. First age group 60-64 and also finished ahead of all in 55-59. Total Miles - 64
Age 60 plus best times: 5k 19:00, 10k 38:35, 10m 1:05:30, HM 1:24:09, 30k 2:04:33
