SLOjim - gotcha updated - thanks!

Life is a headlong rush into the unknown. We can hunker down and hope nothing hits us or we can stand tall, lean into the wind and say, "Bring it on, darlin', and don't be stingy with the jalapenos."

"I just love to run - I am fairly slow for the effort I give - But I can not control my genetics." Slow, me thinks not! Wink From the Best Race Times 2008 thread - Clydesdale - 2:58:36 - Dopple Bock – That’s pretty freaking fast under anyone’s standards. Genetics indeed, you are obviously a very gifted runner. Big grin

I thought I was going to make it this week-came close with 38.2. My long run was 10 miles this week-first time over 8. I'm getting there! Kelly
