      Sorry, last week was a lost cause due to whatever is eating my leg. I think it's low shin splints, but sort of an odd location. Anyway, it's feeling better, so I'm ready to get back out there, albeit very carefully at first.

       

      Monday: Rest Day (planned)

      Tuesday: Rest Day (unplanned)

      Wednesday: 6.1 miles EZ, .3 mile walk c/d (leg still sore, but better)

      Thursday: 4.2 hilly miles, .4 mile walk c/d (leg did not like this run)

      Friday: Rest Day (well, helped my parents move for 5+ hours)

      Saturday: Rest Day

      Sunday: 7.1 miles mostly EZ run, .3 mile walk

       

      Totals: 17.5 miles run, 1.1 miles walked

       

      Hey, better than the 2.8 miles last week, right? Spent a lot of time working on house stuff, work stuff, and helping my parents move, so a lot going on. Just not much running. Leg is better, but not "ok" yet.

        Now that PT is done, I'm going to try to continue my upper body weights regimen on my own, using my daughter's gym membership that I took over. Some of the exercises are done with free weights and some with bands, so I'll have to split the time between home and the gym. Certainly I'll be doing the lat pulldown machine at the gym, because I've never figured out an efficient way to do that exercise otherwise.

        Friday yoga, bike, weights 50 min stationary bike, 45 min weights
