I'm hooked on "Race for the Soul," a video production of the 2001 Western States 100-Mile Endurance Run.  As of today, Monday, I'm on my 3rd viewing while working out.  Makes me work harder.

BTY - I think I took it over 3 years ago or so?  I lost track.  It was started long before I came on board.  I like it 'cause even though we have the training log, looking at this every day helps to keep me on track and keeps me honest with myself.  Plus, seeing others' goals gives me incentive.

Thank you for doing this thread every week, Leslie.  How many years have you been doing this?

Final Buildup week before a nice cutback next week.

Starting to show indications of overtraining, so this may actually be a cutback week. Once I get halfway through it I'll know better.
