You're right, I never thought about that.... well I'll do it again in december!

"During a marathon, I run about two-thirds of the time. That's plenty." - Margaret Davis, 85 Ed Whitlock regarding his 2:54:48 marathon at age 73, "That was a good day. It was never a struggle."

Wow - just realized I can claim a spot! It's a deadly slow time, but I'll take my 15 minutes of "fame"! 1 Mile - 10:17 (Milford RoadRunners' Kid's Track Series Adult Mile "Fun" Run) MTA - Men's 40-44
Hi Ilene, I took a whole 2 seconds off my 5k a few weeks ago, bringing it down to 19:00, then had a more signficant one yesterday by running 1:24:09 at SJ Rock 'n Roll Half Marathon. With the cooler weather coming around I expect we'll be seing more activity on this thread as the year winds down.

Well, I just noticed that I can claim the F 50-54 top spot for the following, all in 2008 races: 4 mi 36:01 5 mi 43:23 10K 59:29 Thanks, Ilene!

I hammered down the trail, passing rocks and trees like they were standing still.
