I'm in. Looking at starting up some interval work, so this should be interesting as I try to figure out my workouts and mileage...
M- 1.6 Warm Up / 4 Miles @ Tempo / 1.6 Cool Down
T - 8.7 Easy
W- 4.3 Easy
T - Off... Knee not playing nice.
F - Off... Saw doc on knee - got steroid shot. Should be back up and going in a couple days.
S - Off... Resting. Free pass gonna be needed.
S - Off - Still a lot of popping and stuff going on in my knee... /sigh
