Have fun with that pool running, Leslie. It's boring as all get out but very good for you. Sounds like some other things we love to hate, no?

Working on making that first time around well worthwhile. As they say, life has no dress rehearsal!

            Good Morning everyone,

Thanks Leslie for starting the thread. How's the foot? No plan this week, just going it by feel.

Mon: 5.7K easy run with Spooky. Different loop than my usual because road works on my usual route are still not finished. Nice though, running somewhere else.

Tue: Not so effortless 10.9 kilometer run this morning. Legs felt heavy. Maybe because of last nights PT appt.  Gorgeous sunrise which didn't last long because of clouds rolling in.

Wed: 5.75 kilometer slow run this morning in drizzling rain and pretty strong winds. Think both my dogs are sick. They both haven't eaten yesterday and their poop has a very strange yellowish colour. But they are active and playful. Not sure what's bothering them.

Thu: Nice sunny morning here. Dogs are still poorly. Spooky threw up again overnight. So I left her at home for my 12.51 kilometer easy run this morning. First time running without her in 5 years (not counting races or the TM). Felt kinda funny.

Fri: I was once again very late this morning, so hopped on the TM for a short, fast 3.2 kilometers in under 20 minutes. Nice and fun!

Sat: Very nice 7.19 kilometer uninentional tempo run without the dogs this morning. Totally surprised myself. Guess yesterday´s speed sort of was still lingering in my legs Wink

Sun: Last time I'm leaving spooky at home. Yesterday was the first time she got her usual doggie food so I'm giving her another day to get her energy back. I've enjoyed running without a dog though.  For once I got zone out. Ran a fantastic 10-miler at an again unintentionally much faster pace than I usually do my long runs, including two potty breaks.

Total running mileage: it's been a really good week 61.3 kilometers (38.09 miles), probably cause all I did was run Wink)

OK, I figured I'd suck it up and do plan v. actual on days.
