Thanks Holly. For once I actually have a detailed plan. Have a good week, everyone!

              day plan actual
Monday recovery-paced MLR, yoga PM 9 miles (10:37 pace), 90 minute yoga class
Tuesday preview course for Saturday's 5k nope, ran 7 with a friend instead, tons of quad stretching
Wednesday rest/yoga/elliptical walked 5.4 miles, 3.5 miles (30 min) elliptical
Thursday AM yoga, PM run w/the ladies 4 miles AM, 6.45 miles PM
Friday EZ medium run 6.25 miles (10:31 pace) -- since this and Thursday's runs were within 20 hours of each other, that substituted for Sunday's planned triple
Saturday 5k race 5k race (26:48 PR!), 8 miles in total for the day
              Sunday trifecta: 6, 5, 3 rest!
totals ~43 miles 40.7 miles, 1x yoga, 5.4 miles walking, 30 min elliptical

Thanks Holly,  Its April already and barely have 12 weeks to get marathon ready whatever that means., Hope this scares me enough to do some actual running.

Friday 0-4 4.5 4 X 5 min repeats, got to take it easy on the intervals next week.
Saturday 14 8 Pace was surprisingly faster, will see if it affects the Sunday run.
Sunday 6 14  That was harder than I remember the other 14 milers.
Total 40-45 39 With a race coming up, did not want to run that extra mile and kill my legs on Sunday

Late to the game. I have had zero motivation. Hoping to find it soon, like immediately.

                            Prince of Fatness

I have been up to 40+ miles for the last 6 weeks, but have not jumped back in here because I do not want to jinx myself.  Damn, has it been a year?  Almost.  A couple more weeks in the 40s and I may have to finally commit to this thread.

                              Not at it at all.
