Life is a headlong rush into the unknown. We can hunker down and hope nothing hits us or we can stand tall, lean into the wind and say, "Bring it on, darlin', and don't be stingy with the jalapenos."

Thanks, Holly.
Just some easy maintenance miles this week and a 15K fun run, if the hamstring is up for it.
Be safe. Be kind.
Thanks Holly, let's see if I can keep up with my positng here:
Notes
Forced Day Off

Day Off (Kenney Chesney Concert)
39:55 (7:59) - The weather was way too nice not to squeeze a run in. So I got home as quick as I could and hit the road for a nice 5 miler at just a bit over marathon pace.
7 Miles
1:02:59 (9:00) - Ended up doing a trail run with a friend.
8 Miles
1:09:29 (8:41) - Pushed the last mile up a long hill (7:40)
40 +/-
35.1 Miles
I'll be knocking on the door of 40 this week as there are less than 2 weeks left until Boston.

Thanks Holly. Hah - who said I could add. I'm an engineer. We use computers for that.
Late to the game. I have had zero motivation. Hoping to find it soon, like immediately.

I have been up to 40+ miles for the last 6 weeks, but have not jumped back in here because I do not want to jinx myself. Damn, has it been a year? Almost. A couple more weeks in the 40s and I may have to finally commit to this thread.
Not at it at all.
i'm lovin' it... MM#1949
Thanks Holly!
Plan... have fun!
