Life is a headlong rush into the unknown. We can hunker down and hope nothing hits us or we can stand tall, lean into the wind and say, "Bring it on, darlin', and don't be stingy with the jalapenos."

Really enjoyed the Broadway Utlra
Society 6-hr run in Brookville park.
I went through the marathon in 4:05
or something like that, hoping to add
another 11-12 miles in the remaining
two hours, but managed only 8. So,
slowed down quite a bit, not sure why.
Last year I did 36.5 miles, on a hillier
course.
