Erika - A few years ago, we spent three weeks driving around New Mexico in December.  Fell in love with the place!  Stayed away from the big cities, but loved Santa Fe and Sedona.  Ended up on Cuba where I had sopaipillas for the first time (think fried dough, brown sugar, and honey).  YUM!!!  When we left, our waiter gave me four for free.  I was in heaven!
