If Jimmy cracks corn and no one cares, why is there a song about it?
Well, no one posted any weekly goals last week, so that makes my job easier ~

Yeah, last week was sort of hard with travel and all. I noticed you didn't have any takers, and I was short on time so just didn't post. Glad to see this week's thread though!
Equinox is less than 3 weeks away now and I could probably just run MLR till then, but I always feel better getting that last looong run in on the course. Was thinking of doing it last weekend, but I was so tired from the week that it just didn't seem like a good idea at the time. So... this week would normally be week #1 of a full 3-week taper, but I'm going to do some regular week distance runs with hills and trails, and then do that last long run this weekend. A 2-week taper is usually just fine anyway. Started this week easy with some cross training yesterday.
Monday: 3 miles elliptical (23:57) and 15 minutes U/B weights
Tuesday: 6.6 miles of hilly trails, .33 mile walk
Wednesday: 11.3 miles of hilly trails, .4 mile walk, one wasp sting (ouch!)
Thursday: 5.2 easy(ier) miles, .6 mile walk
Friday: 4 easy miles run, .4 mile walk
Saturday: 10.2 miles tempo run, .4 mile walk
Sunday: 23.1 miles on the Equinox course, .3 mile walk
Totals: 60.5 miles run, 2.5 miles walked, 3 miles elliptical and 15 minutes weights. Ready for taper!
Not sure what I'm doing this week. Just trying to stay motivated and get back to being healthy. I've pretty much stopped coughing up my lungs, so that's a plus!
Leslie, is that Wilson the Wonder Kitty?
Nope, that's Ziggy aka Tony Maroni, the Grouch. He came in with his head totally covered in cobwebs. He's our old guy now at 9 yo, and he still don't take no guff off the yungins! This is Wilson the Wonder Kitty:
Love it! He reminds me of my old black cat, Mr. Kitty!
Hi Leslie.
I'm still in. A busy couple of weeks moving youngest kid to school and then catching back up with work.
No swimming and not much running this week:
Saturday - 5K race 23:37 6AG
Sunday - 14 mile easy run
Total about 18.1 miles
