July = 100 miles August = 160 miles (a PR of 15 miles) Thanks for catching us all up and that is a wonderful picture!! Big grin

Wow, that's the closest I'll ever come to Holly's total for July! July: 47.7 Mi August: 52.6 Mi There may not be much in the way of mileage, but I'm proud of every one of them. So thank you for the catch up month. August was my first month over 50 in more than a year.

Need a fast half for late fall. Then I need to actually train for it.

thanks Carolyn! Sorry to be late. Congratulations to everyone. Kevin, I like the way you put that. thanks. August was 48.6, July 71.6. injuries both months, foot for the first chunk of August, and hamstring (s?) for all of July. So I am happy about each & every mile too, Smile

. I did have a LR pr, & a couple of pace pr's too.

Hey, did Dark Horse mess up this thread or what?? July - 162.9 August - 148.1 Nothing remarkable I am impressed with CNYrunner's was it 335 miles???
