Won't have the mileage I did last week because of traveling to AZ. Plan to get a couple of long runs into the middle of the week next week, but should get some decent mileage in on Sunday.
Thanks, Leslie! Have fun in AZ and good luck with the long runs.
I think this will be a slight cutback week for me since I've been increasing mileage pretty fast since getting back to the running business.
Monday: 2.2 miles elliptical, 10 mins abs/core
Tuesday: 6.7 miles EZ run, .3 mile walk
Wednesday: 5.1 miles run, .5 mile walk
Thursday: 10.2 miles run, .3 mile walk
Friday: 2.3 miles elliptical, 15 mins U/B weights, .3 mile walk
Saturday: 10.8 miles (8:17 avg pace), .3 mile walk
Sunday: 11.3 miles... I set out for 15-17, but didn't dress for it and was frozen by mile 8. Lucky to have finished what I did without hypothermia or frostbite...
Totals: 44.2 miles run, 4.5 miles elliptical, 2 miles walking and 2 x strength stuff
Thanks Leslie.
