    an amazing likeness

Monday 6.8 18 months to the day, ran the route I was planning to run that fateful day
      Tuesday 6.5
      Wednesday 5.4
Thursday 6.5 Tempo at 10K race pace, trying to work on turnover
Friday 4.5 Easy jog, recovery from last night's pounding
Saturday 10.4 Testing MP...not there yet, couldn't hold this more than 15-18 mi
Sunday 9.5 Beautiful jog past farms and fields on best weather day of the year

Brings my total for this week to 49.7. A good week of quality road work setting up for next week's 1/2 marathon.

Acceptable at a dance, invaluable in a shipwreck.

      Go Pre!

All in KMs Smile it adds up to 62k (40 miles)

        Monday 5 easy
        Tuesday 15 easy
        Wednesday 11.5 800s w 300m rests + wu-cd
        Thursday 9.5 easy
        Friday 0 off
        Saturday 6 easy w/strides
        Sunday 15  3 warm up, 2 cool down, 10k race 40:49

A strnge week for me, nothing was planned. It all just happened. Even the race day was pretty last minute. No X-training /  strengthening at all which I really need now.

        Back on track this week.
