What's DVF format?  I was going to transcribe a CD, but it's in DVF format.  I use "GearPlayer" for transcription purposes.  It "converted" the format, but there's no audio.  I'm going to have to take it to a place downtown to get it transferred to the correct format, but was just wondering.  I've never seen this before.  I'm usually having to tell people to watch for DVD format since my program can't transcribe from that, either.

Never mind . . . .    It helps to have the headphones plugged into the right piece of equipment (computer and two transcribing machines - which one??).  Yes, I'm a professional.  But that comes with absolutely no guarantee of having a functioning brain at all times.

However, I still don't know what dvf format is.
