Running out of mistakes!
Count me in. I am planning to run the 5k with my son and cheer for some of my training partners and all Kickster--Master---Boomer---AHeaders who can bear it. I can't make dinner the night beforehand, but will be there for lunch. I am also happy to help along the course if there is a group aid station in the works.
The YMCA in the Civic Center has fabulous facilities if anyone needs a place for changing, showering, pre and post-race ablutions etc. Last year I was one of three people in there after the marathon and they can handle quite a crowd. Spread the word.
Nope, Nada, Zilch Back to business.....I'll be happy to help at the 9/13 mark dtoce or at the 20/21 mile mark. I remember the spot well!
The date is Saturday, Oct 11th. Who's in?

I hammered down the trail, passing rocks and trees like they were standing still.

Either would be greta! But, it's probably easier to stay downtown since the 5K is a loop downtown...(I ran it last year) and then you can easily get down to the 20/21 mile aid station for encouragements. I will plan to wrap up the 9/13 station and head downtown after the last peeps pass me. You may want to wear earplugs...hally/barb says I'm 'loud'...
PBJ, Yes, you can introduce them if they're over 40! This is a masters forum, you know.
