5.25 easy miles for me at 5am - 33F with a slight breeze from the west. I led a racewalking clinic yesterday, and had to pull out of the workout about half-way through because my hamstring was starting to complain about how hard I was making it work. That convinced me to skip today's planned race and do an easy workout, lots of stretching, and then take DW out to breakfast.
