        I had intended to taper last week, but the weekend weather was too nice. I'll do better this week.

         

        M - 4.1 m. Recovery pace.

        W - Rest Day.

        F - Rest Day.

        S - 26.2 m. Columbus Marathon - Course PR.

          In again. Had some sore legs, so I think I will try to run a bit slower, but still get the miles in... If that doesn't work, then I guess I'll have to drop the miles... /shrug

              And the 50K in July ... well, it's Minnesota, so how hot can it be, right? Actually, it's 90% run in the trees/shade, so it's not too bad. Er, you won't notice the heat because of the hills ... I mean, it's a really scenic course!
