Two-for-one special on monthly masters miles! I was away at the beginning of April, and none of you were apparently competent enough to start a monthly mileage thread in my absence...
So anyway, post your March and April mileage totals and any PRs. Awards given for most miles, fewest miles, median, and average, and for interesting mileage totals (like 111.1 or 3.14159). So you have 10 chances to win!
Pictures from our trip to southeast Arizona, where I was when I should have been posting the March mileage thread:
I hammered down the trail, passing rocks and trees like they were standing still.

You mean there wasn't a March thread??? So weird that nobody noticed...
March = 178.7 miles
April = 167.2 miles, 3 races (HM 2:05;14, 5k 26:48, 15k 1:22:39, all PR's)
YTD = 615 (still 36 miles behind the 2K pace bunny, but there's hope!)
Thanks Wildchild!
who says life doesn't have a soundtrack?
MM #5615
Well--you beat me OM!
March = 182.3 Miles
April = 132.7 Miles
YTD = 576.1 Miles
And I definately didn't have any PRs!
Ha, thanks Wildchild. I thought of starting the thread for March, but then just didn't. Sorta got caught up in that inertia thing, ya know?
But... I was out running!
March 204.3 miles
April 231.4 miles (plus 42.2 on the elliptical and 13.4 miles walking)
435.7 for the two months combined, and 851.8 miles YTD.
Nice AZ pictures, wild. I'm glad you had a good vacation.

No way I can come close in miles with anyone in this group, even if I "ran" 24 hours/day, so I included time on feet as well as miles.

with things getting back to new normal I should see an increase in May
bob e v 2014 goals: keep on running! Is there anything more than that?

I'm here to bring the average down!
March: 88
April: 60.2 (whoa! excuses include a vacation, a tight calf, and a mild stomach bug, all of which I could have sucked it up to run through!)
Gorgeous photos.

Great photos wildchild and thanks as always for doing this!
337.1 miles in March and 200.5 miles in April---nothing particularly remarkable and just always grateful to be running. Up over 1,000 miles YTD and will kick that 2,000 mile bunny's booty!
Thanks again, Carolyn!

Welcome back, Wildchild! Based on your beautiful photos, it looks like you had a great trip to SE AZ.
March: 28.1 (I did damage to my hamstring in a late Feb. half, and was basically out of commish for March.)
April: 123.9 (Mostly just easy walking, trying to stay in some semblance of shape while rehabbing the hammie. I finally was able to start some
easy racewalking again near the end of the month.)
