           Bill,

You have had a lucky escape I ran quicker than that this morning but was so out of it I have forgotten what it was!

What I do know is that the total time of that 5k and next 5k I ran came to 40.47 a lifetime PB over 10K for me.

It was at a small village near me called Stathern and it was a lovely day.

As a "reward" for your efforts Ilene there will be "action photo's to follow" I bet you can't wait!

Old age is when you move from illegal to prescribed drugs.

Slower than last year, but I ran a 6:22.1 at the Northampton Mile on 6/20/09

That will do for now in the 1 mile for 40-44 year olds.

            Thanks Ilene!

Hi!   Would you please add my new   PR for 5K.    age 70  pace   13:23.  Time 41:33.     I did it on June 19, 2009 at the Summer Solstice Run in Salem, Oregon.    Thanks.     Woods Lady
Well, Doug.  Thanks, but it's just a 2009 PR.  I have some fast times from before I got old!  I'm proud of this one, though.
