            Hi Llyod

I have a feeling those times will rank near the top in the 60 - 64 AG.

            Nice friggin running !

OOPS-   I typed 24:05 for my 5K which is really 25:05.  Sorry about that.

Life is a headlong rush into the unknown. We can hunker down and hope nothing hits us or we can stand tall, lean into the wind and say, "Bring it on, darlin', and don't be stingy with the jalapenos."

Hi Ilene,  Last night, I had my best 5K since Dec07, 25:57.

Feels good... I had one last chance to improve that time, and now it's on to the 50-54 AG!
