Tonights plan is a 2 mile warm up......2 x 10min at 10k pace and 2 mile cool down.
Life is a headlong rush into the unknown. We can hunker down and hope nothing hits us or we can stand tall, lean into the wind and say, "Bring it on, darlin', and don't be stingy with the jalapenos."

Its a chilly 78 degrees here right now, but for my run last night it was 6 miles in a brisk 75 degrees.
