Thanks Leslie! I noticed no thread last week, but figured you were busy and maybe Joe would start the thread. He's such a slacker.
I've got something going on with my right outer shin... gotta nip that in the bud before full racing season kicks off.

No worries! I broke 30 miles last week and all is well. If I can just get one solid training cycle like last fall, without the poor race selection I did, I can see some progress again with my running like in '09.
