        Thanks Leslie! I noticed no thread last week, but figured you were busy and maybe Joe would start the thread. He's such a slacker. Wink

         

        I've got something going on with my right outer shin... gotta nip that in the bud before full racing season kicks off.

          No worries!  I broke 30 miles last week and all is well.  If I can just get one solid training cycle like last fall, without the poor race selection I did, I can see some progress again with my running like in '09.

          Thursday...easy 4 miles...............................................................................................................done-4 miles

          Friday...Cross Training for 45 minutes....................................................................................done-1 hr. Pilates

          Saturday...5 easy/6 strides..............................................................................................mostly done-5 miles

          Sunday...easy 8-pick up the last 2 miles.................................................................................done-8 mi. + p.m. softball
