Sorry so late with last week's tally. The last week of the month is super busy for me at work.

Life is a headlong rush into the unknown. We can hunker down and hope nothing hits us or we can stand tall, lean into the wind and say, "Bring it on, darlin', and don't be stingy with the jalapenos."

I'm probably going to need a pass this week. Race on Wednesday and travel to Bartlesville/Tulsa Thursday to Saturday. My DF says of course I can run while we travel, I'm just not sure about how it will work out.

I'm in. belated but in.
Only 35 this week. Achilles acting up ruined my weekend and any long runs. Blech.

Nice week Mike!!!
I had a little bit of a down week due to a problem with my shoulder. Not sure what it is/was, but got MRI and went to get some ART on it. Waiting for results of the MRI. Kind of limited my running a bit, but still hit 50ish for the week...
