        I'm probably going to need a pass this week.  Race on Wednesday and travel to Bartlesville/Tulsa Thursday to Saturday.  My DF says of course I can run while we travel, I'm just not sure about how it will work out.

        Consistently Slow

          Taking another week to recover.Will start back up next week/month. 50k on 5/5/12.The knee should be thankful. All other systems are on the launch pad.

                I had a little bit of a down week due to a problem with my shoulder.  Not sure what it is/was, but got MRI and went to get some ART on it.  Waiting for results of the MRI.  Kind of limited my running a bit, but still hit 50ish for the week...
