To clarify: if a runner hits their goal this week, they can still go green this week, correct? Then next week doesn’t count?

When you hit your annual goal, you are green that week and the goal hit will show on Tuesday night's results. In that week that is two days old when results post, you become a runner who can not hit green for the remainder of the year and count as not green. Miles still count in the team mileage. It's just a small hit to your team because you can't hit green.
If you hit your annual goal today (Sunday), you will be green in week 45 but not in week 46.
