Not much yet here today. About to do my girly weight session with the dumbbells. Did get out for the 2 mile wog this morning. So much peeing and pooping. Unbelievable. Will get in 4 or 5 miles after work out at the lake with Baker.

I say KC Chief vs Green Bay if I was betting and Mahomes is playing. My heart is more into Buffalo and Tampa Bay. Weird. I sort of like Brady more now since he is not with the Patriots. Plus Tampa Bay is sort of my folks team down in FL.

5.10 miles in the chilly, predawn hours. I'm trying really hard to keep my EZ runs EZ. I am just grateful I'm able to run again.
Had to drop my poor kitty, Mr Mr, off at the vet this morning for possible oral surgery. He has feline stomatitis, which is causing enough swelling and inflammation in the back left side of his mouth that he has great difficulty swallowing, so it affects his eating, drinking, breathing. We've been giving him 3 ml of a liquid steroid once a day for over a week trying to keep it under control until we could get him in today, and each time we give him the meds, it's like waterboarding the poor guy because of the difficulty in swallowing. In the last 6 months, we've had to euthanize 2 of our cats - 1 about 6 months ago and 1 a month ago. I need this one to stick around for awhile. I can't take anymore pet loss right now.
QOTD: I have no idea about the Super Bowl. Just hope it's a good game.
Tim - This is the scooter I was talking about that goes in trails. I know nothing else about it except it seems to have really freed the person using it to venture almost wherever he wants to.

Got another 10 min walk in. So far the walks on the TM are fine. Walking to the mail box and back (100 yards each way, slight incline) has me short of breath and chest tight. I have a stress test on the 9th so we'll see how much damage the kidney disease has done.
qotd: Not really a football fan. Since the company has a casino and a lot of the people I work with are KC fans I guess them. Mahomes seems like he's a nice guy based on what he did last year after they won the super bowl.
