Wow Warden, sounds like a perfect couple of days.
I've got... work and a few easy miles around the neighborhood yesterday, probably the same today. Hoping to log off early tomorrow, so at least there's that.
QOTD: Andy Williams, It's the Most Wonderful Time of the Year. Maybe also The Kinks, Father Christmas.

5 chilly, predawn miles. Obviously not the snow that MT has, but it's been a long stretch of cold for us - waking up to everything frosted over for about a week now. The cats don't even want to go outside. It takes all my resolve to get out, but the sky has been so clear and chock full of stars, it's just beautiful.
QOTD: "Take a Walk Through Bethlehem" by Trisha Yearwood
Pilfered from someone else's FB page - A group of Orick (a town about 45 min north of us) residents hanging out yesterday, obviously confused by it not being a through street.

fatozzig- great photo!
two years ago we were a little over 4 miles in, but I had a sled to pull
Five miles this morning. It was 42*, so that felt good.

Got out pre-dawn so it’d be the coolest part of the day, it was 39°. Yay!!! Did 15 miles, but miles 8 to 12 were walking with an old running bud.

tbd.
Another big storm that just fizzled out for me. After all the hype we got 4-5 inches. It is heavy and wet so not a lot of fun to deal with but if one wanted to build a snowman-just perfect. I might just go do that and send a picture to my grandson. Anyway yesterday and today have just been weights and rowing. I'll hit the miles tomorrow.
QOTD-a lot of beautiful versions on Silent Night, how about Carrie Underwoods.
Warden--that's a real man's way to do the christmas tree. Nice!
Nothing yesterday and nothing (yet) today. But the rain is cold and steady so it doesn’t look good for later, if I’m honest.
NH- has the new grandchild arrived yet?
qotd- nothing really comes to mind.
