Nice ... need to learn how to post links here ...
While in post mode (original or reply or modify), type a key word (does not have to make sense, could be the URL itself).
Highlight the key word (hold down shift and move the cursor to enclose the key word)--this changes the Link icons in the menu bar from faded grey (inactive) to grey (active).
Click on the 'unbroken" Link icon, cut & paste the link in the Insert Link window.
The Title window will have the highlighted key word.
Click on Insert (or Cancel) to activate (insert) the link.

"According to him, ultrarunners really are not like you and me. “The reality is, only the people who can push the envelope can do this. It’s a physical toughness and mental toughness weeding-out process.”

Charles A. Morgan of Yale Medical School studied Special Forces soldiers at Fort Bragg’s Resistance Training Laboratory and found that neuropeptide Y, a molecule that transmits signals in the brain, works as a tranquilizer for Special Forces soldiers under extreme stress. The Special Forces soldiers produce massive amounts of neuropeptide Y compared to regular troops.
Interesting since I find myself calm in real extreme situations. And then the post stress adrenaline dump gets me all shaky.

Maybe I'll get a tee shirt made with this on the back....
Researchers have studied the nutritional needs
and mental toughness of ultrarunners
and found that they have a strong psyche
that’s balanced by euphoria...
I don't know what it means, but it sounds cool.
