There are lots of good options that weekend though.
Doc's Tiger 3 miler is Friday the 13th
and the Sea Dogs Fathers day race is the 15th.

I was looking at the Bow Lake one earlier today.... website is still up on my other tab here.in fact. Racing too much isn't in my best interest as I find running too hard too often is bad for my PF & left foot. Will need to check to see what is going on at the home front too, but I might jump into this one.
