Another option would be to start the run at the Alfred Courthouse to avoid running on 202. But I'll leave that up to you guys. You could still come back to the house afterwards for something warm to eat. Let me know your preference.

Happy Wednesday everyone. Just checking in to see what the masses would like to do for a long run this weekend (aka mileage?).
It would be great to accommodate those that want to run long and those that would like to get between 5 – 8 miles with two route choices. The long run starting at 9:30 and the long run starting at 10:30.
Give me a quick note if you are planning to attend so Greg and I can make sure to expect you. Make sure to carbo load because we have a run and a football game (or two) get through! J
