beskirted & manicured
ER - bike ride, at least 30K but no more than 35.KR - does a really good evil bad guy cackle when playing Lego cops and robbers.FR - yellow noodles, veggies, deep fried tofu puffs. The zucchini fries I made last night were AMAZING.NRR - the other day after my bike ride and shower I found myself staring at the bottle of witch hazel in the bathroom, which I bought for relief of the lady bit stitches when B was born but haven't used since. I used some and the pain from my bike ride was markedly less the next day.

RR: Won't be running until next week sometime because we are going camping.
TR: Kept crying and saying his leg hurt all night, so I told him he could practice camping on our bedroom floor.
FR; last night was chicken & tots. I may have also eaten a couple of the rice krispie treats I made for camping.
NRR: I'm getting that really acute sense of smell and DH had farts that stunk like rotten eggs all night. Brushing my teeth is making me gag, too.

zorbs- I kept the tucks pads and the crotch numbing spray from when R was born, because you never know when you might need them... Were the zucchini fries breaded? I want to try this recipe for chickpea fries on food52 link
crotch numbing spray? I'm interested, tell me more!
Yes, the zucch fries were breaded with panko, do they make GF panko?

I don't think there is GF panko, but I make my own bread crumbs from pieces of bread that are past their prime, heels, etc. The premade breadcrumbs in the store are invariably made in a facility with nuts.
THis is the spray- a godsend. http://www.drugstore.com/products/prod.asp?pid=10351&catid=183117&aid=338666&aparam=10351&kpid=10351&CAWELAID=120142990000047916&CAGPSPN=pla

google begs to differ.
Somehow, I don't think relying on numbing spray to make bike saddles more comfortable is the answer.
sweet- I've never heard of that brand before. Good to know. Does your bike skirt have a good chamois built in?
I have seen it at WF and other health food stores.
The skirt has a chamois, but my cooch still hurts.
