COMMENTS: Excellent race! Si Valley X.
got up at 5AM, had one cup of coffee, 1/2 bananna, 1 energy bar, drank one glass of water.
Ran miles betweejn 7:10 and 7:25 all the way through until 25 which was 7:30 then 26 was 7:31.
Long runs must include hilly portions. Did not walk at all on this race, though did take a bathroom break at mile 9.
did not take any gatorade, only drank water at maybe 5 stops.
