then I did just over .3 miles 2 minutes and jogged it in. I probably should have finished a 4th mile but I didn't want to over-do it. maybe I was too lazy. I was trying to focus on not going too hard with only the 2 minutes of rest and maybe pshyced myself out of a hard effort. 170 bpm seems to be the threshold of a hard effort for me.
