I'm happy with it. I was right on pace if maybe a little too fast. I feel like I had a few more good ones left in the tank. A 100 meter lactate burner at the end felt good.
A reasonable race goal for Saturday is 20:15. The workout was not a whole lot better than last month so sub 20:00 might be too aggressive for now. But I won't rule it out. I'll give it everything I have anyway.
