6X 1min workouts uphill with 1min recovery in between. While running uphill I tried to focus on form and posture. It felt so much easier with body relaxed and as if using less effort. Then I did 4X40 sec 80% effort and finished with last mile running strong. I did 20 min warm up with a good warm down of Core Exercises and strethcing. Weather was very windy and relatively cold today.
