Notes

Excellent run. Felt in good form and very relaxed and light on feet. Focused again on body posture especially when running uphill. Worked harder than had planned. Body responds so much better now and somehow it feels effortless. Great run. Did 15 min stretching exercises prior to running and Core (Reno) Exercises thereafter for 10 min.
