First run with Franc in Scotland and at Kippford/Rockliffe Area near the coast. Also first run overall since several weeks ago. The run took place partly on road and partly on soft grounds/trail path. Felt great for first time but out of condition when running uphill as breathing was hard going. However, managed to relax on the way back and adjust pace. It was a great feeling being able to run again and with Franc. I only did 2.3 miles whereas Franc carried on with an approx. 7 mile run in total. Nice experience!
