This was a long cycle around Gelston route via Auchencairn back to KBT. Lots of hills on the way with steep up and down parts. Really enjoyed the cycle and leg did not hurt at all. I, however, remained a bit cautius how I was placing left leg on pedal in particular when going up-hill. I worked hard up hill and eased down hill.
