Did run the whole perimeter of the KBT Town + extra 1/2 mile in a freezing cold crispy night. Beautiful weather for running for me with no wind or rain in a very calm evening. Decided to focus on rythm and body position rather so did not time myself. Felt strong and relaxed all the way round but in particular after the 3rd mile I was running wiht my soul again and wanted to run longer and longer but resisted the idea. Beautiful run and finished with a good stretching of 15 min. thereafter. Hoping to do a longer distance run on Sunday and looking forward to it.
