Nice cycle around the country and up-hills again. Beautiful scenery and so different by the day due to the growth of plants and trees. Beautiful views of the faraway coast line from the Scottish Hills of Galloway. A day that I felt could or should have lasted forever. I felt nice and relaxed and cycling felt almost effortless. Legs responded well with no pain or any sensations.
