Hooray!!!!!!! I may not be able to run but I can swim and relax in the water. So, although is not the same (let's be honest a runner cannot be satisfied with just floating in the water) however it does produce results and maintains fitness. So, I swam well and enjoyed the session alternating Front Crawl (Free Style) with Back Stroke without stop for 30 min. Will continue to cross train till leg is fully recovered and ready to GO.
