A beautiful cycle in a sunny late afternoon up on the Galloway Hills. Leg did not hurt at all as if nothinng was happening. So, that was a bonus as it did hurt during the day but not as bad as yesterday. So, hopefully I am on the mend. I also started using recommended Oitment which seems to be of great benefit to the leg. So, this has been a very productive day too taking into consideration that after the cycling I have not had serious complaints with left leg when walking around. So, possibly the cycling assisted recovery. Time will tell.
