I had a nice mixed swim this morning alternating Front Crawl to Back stroke. I also did 6 lengths leg kick only in Front Crawl style and also Back stroke. My legs felt strong and light in the water and a lot better than had expected to be. I did 100 mt without stop, in a good rhythm and even/balanced swimming action. It is not like running but I was delighted that I am still fit in the water and can go on with very little effort. Cycling would also help at this moment so I have to find a way to get a bike asap so to maintain fitness and leg workouts.
