A sort run around Castle Douglas town. I was up to ealry this morning and I felt my energies levels a bit low. However, no symptoms of CS today from the beginning of my run to the end. It is an amazing feeling not having to think or fear of the pain on the legs when starting running. MAY LONG LAST AND TIME WILL TELL. IT IS TOO GOOD TO BELIEVE that over the last two weeks I have had not serious tightness/numbness or other symptoms throughout my runs. In particular during running the Marathon I did not experience any of that in a prominent way.
