Notes
I didn't feel completely fresh for ths run. I feel sort of like I dogged some of the faster periods, but none were above my tempo range. While I could have run this faster, I don't feel completely burnt out now. While I'm having fun with these fartleks, i'm getting excited for the next phase, wihch'll include tempo and cruse runs.
